Development
Prototype development is when the vision starts to take form.
Prototypes can start off with just pen and paper and rapidly be
translated into wireframes or a graphical user interfaces on a
computer. Once on the computer they can be made clickable or printed
out. The protoype stage saves valuable development time by allowing
the client and their users to 'test' out the interface before
implementation.
Usability
Studies & Analysis
Putting prototypes in front of target users is a priceless part
of the process. I have orchestrated both low-tech / low-cost and
high-tech / high-cost usability studies. I can take care of the
test plan, coordinate recruitment, create the prototype (or use
your existing screens), generate questionnaires and surveys, moderate
the test and create the analysis and recommendations -- all within
a few weeks time!

Every project I work on needs to be sufficiently organized. By
creating timelines, contact lists, and online documentation -
everyone stays on the same page. Product management needs another
level of detail which includes specification documents, feature
lists, flow charts, and other outlines to keep a product on target
from both a technology and business standpoint.

systems or online help resources. I make sure that every attention
to detail is met to help ensure that the final product and its
